Registering As A User

You need to register to use the Strays.ca Lost and Found Forum. This helps to eliminate spammers, and keeps your email address safe, while still allowing users to contact each other regarding their lost pets.

You need to follow these simple steps to complete your registration:
1) Click on the "Register" button on the top right area of the forum
2) Read and agree to the Registration Terms
3) Enter a username (this is your screen name within the Strays.ca forum) PLEASE use something sensible. Spammers usually use some random selection of letters such as "empictcic" and it therefor takes longer to verify such a username.
4) Enter your personal email address (This must be a valid email address, as it is the only way we and other users will be able to contact you.
5) Enter the email address again to confirm correct spelling.
6) Enter your personal password (We recommend at least one number in with letters)
7) Enter the password again to confirm correct spelling.
8) Choose your time zone.
9) Enter the Confirmation Code in the box below the graphic. Sorry for this inconvenience, but we have to use this to cut down on the number of spammers using machines to register and post ads, porn, etc.
10) Click "Submit".

You have now created an account, and can use the forum. Good luck in finding your pet!
